Hiring | Academic Advisor

UK College of Business and Computing (UKCBC) is looking for a proactive and skilled Academic Advisor to support both prospective and current students throughout their educational journey. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information about programs, guide students through admissions, and help them make informed decisions to achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to student inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
• Advise students on programme options, course selection, and admission requirements
• Conduct programme demonstrations for prospective students
• Manage the admissions process to ensure smooth conversion from leads to enrolment
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and follow up with prospective students
• Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions performance and meet enrolment targets
• Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to enhance the overall student experience

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, or education admissions
• Proven ability to achieve enrolment and admissions targets
• Must be based in the UAE and familiar with local education systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
