MBG Corporate Services is expanding its Internal Audit practice and is looking to onboard skilled Internal Audit professionals to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong consulting exposure who are eager to work in a high-performance environment and contribute to audit excellence across complex business operations.

The selected professionals will be involved in delivering high-quality internal audit engagements, strengthening risk management frameworks, and supporting clients—particularly within the Oil & Gas sector—by enhancing governance and internal controls.

1. Consultant
2. Senior Consultant
3. Assistant Manager (AM)
4. Deputy Manager (DM)

Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Internal Audit, preferably from a consulting or professional services background.
• Practical exposure to Internal Audit, ICoFR / SOX compliance, and control testing assignments.
• Strong functional knowledge across Procurement, Sales & Revenue, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Inventory, MIS, and related business processes.
• Proven experience in Risk Assessment, Risk Control Matrix (RCM) development, audit testing, gap analysis, and presentation of audit findings to stakeholders.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CIA, or MBA (Finance) are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
