Description:
A new premium British school scheduled to open in Dubai is seeking an experienced Admissions & Parent Relationship Lead to join its founding team. This key role will play a vital part in shaping the school’s initial reputation by building trust, fostering strong parent relationships, and supporting the development of a thriving school community from day one.

The successful candidate will manage the complete admissions journey, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective families and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience throughout the enrolment process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing enquiries, school tours, follow-ups, and student enrolments
• Serving as the main contact for prospective and incoming parents
• Conducting school tours and participating in community outreach initiatives
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with families
• Ensuring admissions procedures comply with KHDA regulations
• Working closely with the Marketing team on events, open days, and campaigns
• Maintaining accurate admissions records and updating CRM systems

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in admissions or parent relations within a British school environment, preferably in the UAE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a confident, service-focused approach and excellent organizational abilities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a start-up or pre-opening school setting and must hold a valid UAE driving license.
