- To manage and deliver the entire ambit of Trade Finance solutioning for a portfolio of Local, Pan-African, and Multi-national clients covering all key sectors in Corporate Investment Bank (‘CIB’). Lead the development of solutions relevant for client franchise in Kenya. The solutioning is intended to optimally solve for clients’ unique needs (risk management and working capital financing) and thereby achieve revenue targets and promote the CIB brand as the "go-to" bank for Trade Finance solutions in Kenya.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any field
- Masters degree in any field
- Seasoned in financial analysis
- Advanced credit risk management skills in corporate lending
- Trade Finance certification
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
Experience Required
10 Years
- General banking experience with at least 10 years’+ experience in Corporate Banking, majority garnered in corporate lending.
- Working knowledge in financial analysis and credit risk management principles
- Trade Finance experience, majority garnered in a Sales/Transactor role.
- Experience in Trade/Lending Structures (on and off-balance sheet) with a preference for experience in complex products/programs like Structured Trade and Supply chain finance.
- Multi-sectoral knowledge in key sectors of the national economy
