Description:
We are currently hiring an Air Export Operations Executive to support and strengthen our expanding air freight operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and has hands-on exposure to air export processes ✈️

As part of the operations team, you will be involved in managing day-to-day air export activities while coordinating with airlines, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Key Requirements Include:

• 1–2 years of practical experience in air export operations within Dubai
• Strong working knowledge of Calogi and Skychain systems
• Solid understanding of air freight documentation and export procedures
• Ability to coordinate with airlines and follow up on shipments efficiently
• Clear communication skills and strong coordination abilities
• Touch typing speed of approximately 45 words per minute will be considered a strong advantage
