HR Executive / HR Officer

Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month

About the Company

Best Doctor Home Healthcare is a licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE, delivering high-quality medical and nursing services at patients’ homes. We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated HR professional to support our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses, doctors, caregivers, physiotherapists, admin staff)
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support DHA licensing coordination and staff credential documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
• Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting
• Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (coordination with PRO if applicable)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (healthcare industry experience preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
