Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced Accountant to join DEC Dynamic Design Studio in Dubai. This role is suited for a finance professional with a solid background in engineering or contracting environments and strong hands-on accounting expertise.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including transaction entries and account reconciliations
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare detailed financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and standards
• Analyze financial data to support informed business decisions
• Coordinate with auditors and provide recommendations for financial improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory
• 5–7 years of accounting experience within the engineering or contracting sector
• Professional accounting certifications such as CMA or CPA will be considered an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience in purchasing activities and MIS reporting
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred
