- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the account (Sell-in /Sell out Focus Brands, NPD listing, POP deployment, promotions etc.)
- Client relationship management-develop and mantain strong, long term relationship with the account serving as their main contact person.
- Achieve sales drivers (Quality, Distribution, Visibility and Price/promotion) objectives for the account
- Oversee a portfolio of Brands,track brand and sub category performance
- Monitor and manage execution of all Promotional /launch/ agencies activities in assigned account
- Lead Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.
- Develop plans for account growth including identifying new opportunities by having a monthly journey plan to the branch visits.
- Address customer needs, resolve complaints and provide timely, positive support to the branches and Head office.
