Job Description

• Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and professional service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or Fashion is a plus.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
