Job Description

Codirect Courier & Fulfilment Center is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock records, monitoring inventory movement, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record all inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Update inventory systems and prepare periodic inventory reports.
  • Work closely with warehouse, fulfilment, and operations teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound goods.
  • Support internal and external audits and comply with inventory control policies.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to minimize loss or damage.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Basic understanding of inventory systems and stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantage

  • Previous experience in a courier, logistics, or fulfilment company.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock audits.
