Hiring: KG Teacher (Immediate Start)

Rushmore American School in Sharjah is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join the team with immediate availability. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the American curriculum
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for young learners
• Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and school leadership
• Maintain accurate student records and actively participate in school activities and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, along with a Master’s degree
• Recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent
• Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
• Genuine passion for teaching and supporting early years development
• At least three years of teaching experience within a UK or US curriculum framework
