Hiring: CCTV Operator

We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to support safety and security operations within our premises. This role requires constant vigilance, adherence to security procedures, and the ability to respond effectively to potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems on a continuous basis
• Detect, identify, and promptly report suspicious behavior or security incidents
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of observations and reported events
• Coordinate with the security team and management when escalation is required
• Ensure all CCTV and surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report technical issues
• Follow confidentiality guidelines and comply with company security policies at all times

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a CCTV Operator within the UAE is essential
• High level of alertness with strong attention to detail
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical fitness and flexibility to work rotating or extended shifts
• Valid CCTV SIRA license is mandatory
