What You’ll Do:
• Manage the complete end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
• Source high-quality IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates
