We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused Guest Relations Coordinator to manage and communicate with guests who approach our nightclub through social media platforms. The role involves converting online inquiries into confirmed visits, VIP bookings, and reservations while delivering a premium guest experience both online and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries received via social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
• Communicate club details, events, offers, and promotions to potential guests
• Convert social media leads into table bookings, reservations, and walk-ins
• Coordinate guest bookings with floor managers and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and guest preferences
• Build and maintain relationships with regular and VIP guests
• Follow up with guests before and after their visit to ensure satisfaction
• Represent the nightclub’s brand image with professionalism and positivity

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Prior experience in guest relations, customer service, nightlife, or social media handling preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and messaging tools
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
