About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an HR Recruitment & Business Development Manager. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who excels in both talent acquisition and client growth. You will be responsible for generating new business by partnering with companies to understand their hiring needs, while also managing the end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill those requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively reach out to and engage with potential clients to secure new recruitment mandates and manpower demands.

Client Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates—using job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.

Candidate Management: Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates to clients based on specific role requirements.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and client reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with documentation and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, business development, or a related field.

Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and client accounts simultaneously.

Knowledge of recruitment processes, documentation, and UAE labor regulations.

Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Basic computer proficiency (email, reporting, recruitment systems).

Salary Range:

AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
