Tierra Properties Real Estate is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience within the UAE real estate sector and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE real estate industry
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Familiarity with real estate operations and regulatory environment
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation
• Ability to handle visa processing, contracts, renewals, and employee records
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
• Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
• Support management in HR planning and employee performance matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
