About the Role

This is a role for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and is comfortable managing responsibility independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration independently
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance files
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and authorities
  • Ensure renewals, approvals, and routine tasks are completed on time

HR Coordination

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Support onboarding and exit documentation
  • Coordinate visas, insurance, and HR compliance
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal HR matters

Basic Accounting Support

  • Track invoices, petty cash, and expenses
  • Assist with basic accounting entries and documentation
  • Coordinate with external accountants when required

Business Processes

  • Follow and maintain internal SOPs and workflows
  • Track tasks, follow up, and close loops
  • Prepare simple operational and admin reports
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes

What This Role Requires

  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Clear communication and professionalism
  • Comfort working independently without constant supervision
  • Interest in building a long-term role within the company

This Role Is NOT Suitable If

  • You avoid accountability or decision-making

Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years experience in admin / operations / HR coordination
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and documentation
  • UAE experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Salary: 4000 - 5000 AED
