Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration independently
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance files
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and authorities
- Ensure renewals, approvals, and routine tasks are completed on time
HR Coordination
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Support onboarding and exit documentation
- Coordinate visas, insurance, and HR compliance
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal HR matters
Basic Accounting Support
- Track invoices, petty cash, and expenses
- Assist with basic accounting entries and documentation
- Coordinate with external accountants when required
Business Processes
- Follow and maintain internal SOPs and workflows
- Track tasks, follow up, and close loops
- Prepare simple operational and admin reports
- Suggest improvements to existing processes

Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years experience in admin / operations / HR coordination
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and documentation
- UAE experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Salary: 4000 - 5000 AED
