We are a well-established General Trading company located in Dubai Industrial City (DIC), actively involved in sourcing, distribution, and trading of a diverse range of products across local and international markets. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Accountant with proven GCC experience to become part of our finance team. The selected candidate will manage daily accounting operations and play a key role in supporting the company’s overall financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare journal entries, general ledgers, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with VAT calculations, submissions, and compliance in line with UAE regulations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation
• Monitor expenses and assist with cost control measures
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of GCC accounting experience, preferably within a trading company
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
