The position requires accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to manage routine accounting tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with invoicing, billing processes, and payment follow-ups
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support day-to-day accounting and financial documentation
• Utilize MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks
• Work with accounting software to ensure proper financial tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Experience handling invoicing, collections, and petty cash
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
