Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Have experience working with NGOs, community health programs, or development projects (M&E experience is an added advantage).
• Demonstrate strong reporting, data collection, and analytical skills.
• Possess good communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Be willing to work in the field and within community settings.
• Exhibit integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to improving community health outcomes.
