We Are Hiring – Sales Executive (B2B)

Al Ghazal Transport is currently looking for a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive – B2B to support business expansion and strengthen its corporate client base. This role is focused on developing long-term relationships, managing strategic accounts, and delivering integrated transport solutions to multinational corporations, government, semi-government, and regional organizations.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while meeting revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline across multiple corporate sectors
• Achieve assigned sales targets related to revenue, units, and gross margin performance
• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, weekly activity reports, and maintain strong pipeline discipline
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution, fleet availability, and timely resolution of client concerns
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HSE standards at all times
