Deaf Empowerment Kenya (DEK) has members drawn from the Deaf Community and other People with Disability. The organisation was formed to empower the community about the needs of People with Disability and to promote their full participation in the society through right based approaches.
Working under the Project Officer, the Project Assistants will support day-to-day project activities, data collection, and reporting. They will also be responsible for the mobilization of participants, preparation of training notes and programs, facilitating all the training, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in either in environmental studies, sociology, education, or any other relevant social sciences.
• Must have a minimum 2 years past experience in project management and coordination specifically in sectors of green skills or climate change adaptation.
• Willingness to travel to field projects/ stay in project area
