- 1 year of recruitment experience
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Home Health Aide (HHA) positions.
- Managing job postings and candidate lists through designated platforms.
- Coordinating with hiring managers for final selection and onboarding.
- Gathering and verifying candidate documentation (licenses, background checks, I-9 forms).
- Maintaining recruitment records and workflow documentation.
