Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admissions Officer to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student inquiries, evaluating applications, and guiding prospective learners through the entire admissions process with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, and admission requirements
• Assess student applications and verify supporting documents
• Maintain records of leads, applications, and conversions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with partner universities and internal departments for timely processing
• Meet monthly enrollment and conversion targets
• Support marketing and recruitment activities, including education fairs and online sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education counseling (preferably within higher education or university representation)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic or Hindi will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
