Niche Gallery Parfums & Beauté is expanding its team in Dubai and is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Associate Specialist to represent our exclusive portfolio of niche fragrances and luxury beauty products.

This role is ideal for a passionate, client-focused professional who understands the world of niche perfumes and has hands-on experience working within high-end beauty or luxury retail environments in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating refined, personalized shopping experiences and building long-term relationships with discerning clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service tailored to individual client preferences
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of niche perfumes and luxury beauty products
• Actively engaging clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Supporting daily store operations and achieving individual and team sales targets
• Building client loyalty through follow-ups and personalized service
