URGENT HIRING – HSE ENGINEER (MARINE PROJECT)

We are urgently seeking an experienced and safety-focused HSE Engineer to join an active marine project in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals with strong offshore or marine project exposure who can effectively lead health, safety, and environmental standards on-site while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across the marine project
• Lead and supervise HSE activities to ensure a safe working environment at all times
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on safety matters
• Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, briefings, and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and incident documentation

Requirements:

• Valid NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH International Diploma (or equivalent certification)
• Proven hands-on experience in marine and offshore project environments
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing HSE teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Immediate availability preferred
• Candidates holding Own Visa or Spouse Visa will be given priority
• Weekly off: 1 day per week
