We are Hiring – Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

JMJ Interiors LLC is expanding its operations and is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support ongoing interior fit-out projects in Dubai. This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on UAE experience who can efficiently manage coordination between site teams, consultants, and suppliers while ensuring smooth project execution. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Role Overview:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of interior fit-out projects across multiple sites
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution tasks
• Act as a communication bridge between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of site-related issues

Key Requirements:                             

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE
• Strong understanding of fit-out project workflows, site coordination, and documentation processes
• Experience in managing shop drawing logs, material submittals, RFIs, approvals, and related records
• Ability to monitor project schedules, site progress, and daily activities
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of action items and closure of site issues
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and site safety requirements
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
