Description:
We are currently hiring an HR & Admin Executive to support both human resources operations and daily administrative activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple HR and office-related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management systems
• Assist with payroll coordination by preparing and verifying HR-related inputs and documentation
• Oversee office administration tasks, including vendor coordination and facility management
• Support visa processing, labor matters, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles with strong hiring exposure
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Prior UAE HR or Admin experience is considered an advantage
