Lawbridge is seeking a skilled and reliable HR Officer to handle daily human resources operations and manage the full employee lifecycle. The role focuses on supporting workforce planning, maintaining compliance, and ensuring HR activities align with company objectives and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Coordinate performance management processes and support improvement initiatives
• Assist with employee engagement programs and address employee-related concerns
• Implement and maintain HR policies in line with company standards and UAE labor laws
• Maintain accurate HR records, support payroll coordination, and assist with audits and compliance tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
