Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced HR Executive with proven UAE work experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for an all-round HR professional with a strong administrative background and hands-on experience managing end-to-end human resources operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Manage HR documentation, personnel files, and administrative coordination
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
• Assist management with HR reporting and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required

Requirements:

• Prior HR experience within the UAE is mandatory
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
