Role Summary

The Specialist in Securing People and Money Formation will support the structuring and placement of insurance solutions to protect individuals and financial assets, ensuring compliance with CBUAE regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

 • Design and arrange insurance solutions for people protection and financial security

 • Support risk placement for life, health, and financial lines (as applicable)

 • Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure adequate coverage and compliance

 • Ensure documentation, disclosures, and processes meet CBUAE requirements

 • Assist in policy structuring, renewals, and client advisory support

 • Maintain accurate records and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

 • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

 • 2–4 years’ experience in insurance brokerage or financial services in the UAE

 • Good understanding of insurance products related to people and financial protection

 • Knowledge of CBUAE insurance regulations is preferred
