ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a hands-on, field-based Territory Sales Agent to support sales activities and product rollout within the assigned region. This role is very much about being on the ground — building presence, supporting product usage, and maintaining strong working relationships across the territory.
It’s an execution-focused role suited to someone who understands the local market, is comfortable working independently, and can consistently follow through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out field-based sales and business development activities within the assigned region
- Support product rollout and day-to-day usage in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agents, and customers
- Deliver against agreed sales and activation targets
- Share market insights, including customer feedback and competitor activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-through
- Keep basic sales records and provide regular activity updates
- Represent the company professionally in all external engagements
- Participate in local activations, partner meetings, or industry events as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in field sales, relationship management, or similar roles
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, telco, FMCG, or agency-based sales is an added advantage
- Good understanding of the local market and business environment
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy; prior CRM exposure is a plus but not mandatory
