Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Laboratory Sciences, HR, Healthcare Administration, or related fields depending on the role.
•     Possess valid professional licenses where applicable (e.g., Pharmacy & Poisons Board, KMLTTB).
•     Have proven experience in clinical support, HR management, or hospital administration.
•     Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
•     Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and patient‑centered service.
•     Be familiar with hospital operations, compliance, and quality standards.
