A well-established shipping and freight forwarding company in the UAE is urgently looking to hire a Logistics Operations and Documentation Executive who can join immediately. This role is ideal for professionals with solid UAE logistics experience who can efficiently manage operations, documentation, and customs-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, pricing, and related documentation
• Prepare, review, and process logistics documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and certificates
• Handle bill of entry processes, issue DOs, and manage Dubai Trade and Customs procedures
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with UAE regulations and internal company policies
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, agents, shipping lines, and customers
• Maintain accurate operational records, files, and reports for management review

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in UAE shipping and freight forwarding operations
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, customs clearance, and documentation procedures
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics-related software
