1) Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect student and transportation fees in accordance with school policies

· Follow up with parents regarding outstanding payments

· Communicate with parents on fee-related matters, including cheque returns

· Maintain accurate daily records of collections and receipts

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational institution

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail

2) Accountant – Receivables

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor student fee and transportation fee receivables

· Follow up with parents for overdue payments

· Verify online payments through approved school payment platforms

· Ensure timely and accurate updates in the accounting system

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

3) Accountant – Payables

Key Responsibilities:

· Process school expenses and supplier payments

· Manage purchases in compliance with the three-quotation procurement policy

· Perform bank reconciliations and cheque deposits

· Support payroll processing and maintain proper financial documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliation

· Strong organizational skills and accuracy
