We are actively hiring a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy resolving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations. Only candidates who are available to join immediately will be considered for this position.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related support requests
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Log, track, and update support tickets through the helpdesk system
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and develop knowledge base articles
• Provide remote technical assistance and conduct basic user training sessions
• Support installation, setup, and configuration of hardware and software

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory experience of 2–4 years in an IT support role
• Mandatory qualification: B.E / B.Tech
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking fundamentals, and ITSM tools
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
