Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in HR

Good communication & coordination skills

Knowledge of recruitment & office HR processes

Ability to handle staff professionally

HR Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & interview coordination

Employee onboarding & documentation

Attendance & leave management

Preparing HR reports and records

Handling employee queries & coordination

Maintaining discipline and HR policies

Supporting management with HR activities
