  • Design and deliver learning programs aligned to business and capability needs.
  • Partner with leaders to identify training gaps and support workforce development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Finance Corporation Limited (FinCorp) is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner!

Role Purpose

  • This role partners closely with business leaders to build organisational capability, enhance performance, and promote a strong culture of continuous learning through the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver learning and development programs aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted learning solutions to address capability gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs using feedback and performance data.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support strategic and operational learning needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in learning and development or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a range of learning methods.
  • Analytical, resilient, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
