Job Description

Salary: Ksh. 25k - 35k (Depending on experience)

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • 2+ years managing PPC campaigns
  • Proven ability to drive leads or bookings profitably
  • Deep understanding of: Funnel-based advertising,
  • Attribution and conversion tracking, Travel customer buying cycles
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and remarketing audiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage seasonal and promotional campaigns (holiday travel, peak seasons)
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels)
  • Monitor daily performance and manage budgets efficiently
  • Conduct destination and intent-based keyword research
