About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to support our Longevity Architect / Medical Director. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
• Assist with emails, follow-ups, and basic correspondence
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate internal tasks and liaise with team members
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in an administrative or assistant role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Professional, reliable, and eager to grow
• Interest in wellness, healthcare, or high-performance environments is a plus
