We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, store, and coordinate all company documents. The ideal candidate will ensure proper document handling, accuracy, and secure filing systems to support smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure all documents are properly filed, labeled, and stored in both physical and digital formats.
Maintain document logs, registers, and tracking systems.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Distribute documents to relevant departments and follow up when required.
Assist in preparing reports, forms, and official documentation.
Protect confidential information and ensure data security at all times.
Support project teams with document submissions and updates.
Coordinate with staff and management to ensure proper documentation flow.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and filing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management software (DMS).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Flexibility to support office operations as needed.
