Description:
We are currently hiring a Senior QA/QC Engineer to join a major infrastructure project based in Abu Dhabi. This role is intended for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise in quality assurance and quality control within large-scale infrastructure works. Immediate joiners are preferred, and only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved standards, specifications, and project requirements. The role involves close coordination with project teams, consultants, and site staff to maintain quality across all stages of execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and monitoring QA/QC procedures across infrastructure project activities
• Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Ensuring quality requirements are met throughout different phases of construction
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and records
• Identifying non-conformities and ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinating with site teams, consultants, and project management to resolve quality-related issues
• Supporting audits, inspections, and quality reviews as required

Ideal candidate profile:

• Proven experience working on at least two major infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, inspections, and industry compliance standards
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills
• Ability to join immediately or within a very short notice period
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
