Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related discipline.
•     Possess relevant professional certifications (e.g., in insurance, banking, or credit management).
•     Have proven experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services.
•     Demonstrate strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
•     Be experienced in credit control, financial analysis, or risk management (for the Credit Control Officer role).
•     Exhibit high levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
•     Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
