Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of HR Recruiter to join our team. If you are passionate about Recruitment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Handle full cycle recruitment, source and screen candidates through job portals.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist, assess candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Must have 1 year of experience (UAE Experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in using ATS will be an added advantage
- Strong potential and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
