Hiring – Export Logistics Admin

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Admin to support export operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in export documentation and logistics coordination who are eager to grow within a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare export documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate shipments with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to exports and logistics activities.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the logistics team.
• Assist with routine logistics tasks and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in export operations and documentation handling.
• Basic understanding of export procedures and logistics workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage tasks efficiently in a team environment.
