We are currently seeking professionals to fill multiple openings in a reputable Construction and Interior Fit-Out company based in the UAE. Below are the positions available:

1. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Location: UAE
Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE construction or interior fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of material take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation
• Proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

2. Document Controller

Location: UAE
Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE construction or interior fit-out sector
• Proficient in document management systems and MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure document control procedures are followed
• Immediate availability is an advantage

3. HSE Engineer

Location: UAE
Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction or interior fit-out industry
• Certified in HSE (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and site safety practices
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and training sessions
• Immediate joiners preferred
