Applicants should:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, Law, Quality Management, Standards Development, or related disciplines.
Possess a Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., LLB/LLM, Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, ISO Lead Auditor, Quality Management certifications) depending on the role.
Have extensive experience in quality assurance, standards development, legal services, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance.
Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and managerial skills.
Be conversant with national and international standards, regulatory frameworks, and public sector governance.
Exhibit high integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
Possess excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
