Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Have relevant experience in credit administration, collections, software development, or electronic banking channels depending on the role.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Be proficient in relevant systems and tools (core banking systems, Angular framework, ATM/CDM platforms, or collections systems).
Possess excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
Professional certifications in banking, ICT, or risk management will be an added advantage.
