Our Abu Dhabi office is requiring an Office Assistant with the following requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and work areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items) are well-stocked and reported when replenishment is needed.
- Run errands such as banking tasks, document delivery, or purchasing minor office items.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, preparing materials, etc.).
- Support administrative staff with routine tasks when required.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to handle basic office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
