Join a growing manufacturing team as a Purchase Officer and take ownership of procurement activities that keep operations running smoothly. You will source materials, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods to support production demands. This role suits someone organised, commercially aware, and comfortable negotiating with vendors.

• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable lead times.
• Raise and follow up purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support procurement planning to align purchases with production schedules and inventory needs.
• Negotiate terms and prices with vendors while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular status updates for management.
• Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and track procurement KPIs.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Possessing a UAE driving licence is a plus.
